Last Updated: Sep 18, 2017 04:51PM EDT
If you would like to have your Epic account disabled so that it no longer functions across any Epic Games products or services please see the following instructions:
  1. Make sure your Epic account has been verified.
    • If you are unsure if your Epic account has been verified you can check by logging in to your Epic account at https://www.unrealengine.com/dashboard/personal
      • If your account has not been verified you will see a message at the top of the page that reads: "You have not verified your account. For security purposes, you should verify your email address click here to resend" (If this message is not present you can skip to step 2)
      • Click the link to send a verification email to the email address associated with your Epic account
      • Once you have received the confirmation email simply click the verification link within the email and sign in to your Epic account.
  2. Send an email to help@epicgames.com directly from the email address associated with the Epic account you would like to disable.
