When I try to link my PSN/XBL account to my Epic account, it says that my PSN/XBL account is already linked to an Epic account.

If you are receiving a message that says your PSN/XBL ID is already linked to an Epic account, please follow these steps: 
 
  • Navigate to the Paragon or Fortnite websites.
  • Select Playstation or Xbox from the login menu in the upper right corner of the screen.


 
  • Once you have selected to log in with your PlayStation credentials, a window will pop up that looks like this: 


 
  • After you have logged in with your PlayStation credentials, you may see a screen that looks like this: 


 
  • If you get this screen, it means that you most likely did not link your Epic and PSN accounts the first time that you played Paragon. Complete the form, and you will now have an Epic and PSN account that are linked.
  • After filling out the form, if you receive an error message saying that the email you have provided cannot be used, please contact Player Support here.  Make sure to include your PSN ID and the email you are trying to use.
